Meditation Recommend
Can you be happy in yourself by meditation? Is there any other type of meditation for a secular person, which is not faith-based?

Meditation is good for mind and the body. I am using it in every morning and it is helps me feel fresh for whole day. Most of people are doing it and they also get lots of benefits. I recommend you to do it and you will need only 15 minutes of the day. Just focus on your breathing and positive thinking during do it.
