Mappillai (English: Son-in-law) is an upcoming 2010 Tamil Comedy film directed by Suraj, starring Dhanush, Hansika Motwani, Vivek, Sridevi Kapoor and Manisha Koirala in the lead roles. Produced by Nemichand Jhabak , Hitesh Jhabak. This movie, a remake of the 1989 Rajinikanth-starrer of the same name, is currently in its production stage and expected to release by early 2011.
