Vijay flagged off a rally on Sunday, to create awareness among the public on the importance of eye donation which was organized by the Rotary Rajan Eye Bank. The rally started at the Marina in Chennai .School and colleges students took part in the rally.
Vijay is busy in shooting ‘Velayudham’ under the direction of Jayam Raja and produced by Aascar Ravichandran and Genelia and Hansika playing the female leads. Cinematographer Priyan. Vijay Anthony is composing the music.The film shooting is progressing at brisk pace and already it has completed its first schedule in Chennai for 15 days. The film is currently being shot in Golconda in Andhra Pradesh. Selvam, the stunt master has shot a stunt shot involving Vijay and stunt men.
